  • Had a bad few days of eating and not working out. This past weekend was my best friends birthday and we ate and ate and ate and drank a lot as well  and I’ve just not been giving 100%.

    However, i still look hella good. 

  • Week 3 day 1 of C25k. I’ve had a lazy week, need to step it up!

    How has everyone been doing?


    I slept until 2pm, just napping because I had a headache and now i haven’t really eaten properly. I made pancakes and set off the fire alarm. I might order pizza and be done with it. 

  • Laying in bed after a weekend of work.

    Caramel Cashew Nut Seed Bars ~ Gluten & Dairy Free - These are not your typical granola bars! They are made entirely from cashew nuts, seeds, dried cranberries and coconut with a simple caramel made from honey, coconut palm sugar and coconut oil. That makes these bars, grain free, gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free! They are chewy, crunchy, caramel deliciousness. These bars never last long in my house, so be sure to double the RECIPE

  • Banana Chocolate Chip Cake








    Only a few ingredients and bam, you have a delicious cake!!


    2 mashed bananas
    2 cups of almond meal
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey


    Blend all ingredients together in food processor.
    Pour mixture in lined cake tin.
    Bake at 180 for 40 - 45 minutes.
